How We Work

Our initial consultation is free with no obligation. Using the latest visual aid techniques, we will bring your office design to life and the final project scheme including your furniture and commercial fit out in London are then finalised. Our projects range from 1,000 sq. feet to 200,000 sq. feet.
Following an initial free consultation we will provide an outline scheme and quotes. If you wish to proceed with Office Blueprint the final project scheme including any extras like furniture requirements are then finalised. We will then issue you with a schedule of works and payment plans where required.
You will have one point of contact throughout the project, from scheme to completion so that any queries can be answered promptly. We will also request one main point of contact from your company to avoid confusion.
All schemes are presented in person so that you have the opportunity to bring up any thoughts or concerns with us. We will work on the scheme until you are fully satisfied with all aspects.
We provide you with all the media necessary to help you visualise the project including 2D plans, 3D visualisations, and sample boards.
We are always happy to show you site references and client testimonials to give you peace of mind.
