How We Work

Our initial consultation is entirely free and with no obligation. During this site visit we are able to carry out a thorough analysis of your space and discuss your requirements. Our projects range from 1,500 sq. feet to 20,000 sq. feet.
Following an initial free consultation we will provide an outline scheme. If you wish to proceed Office Blueprint will invoice you for a design fee. The final project scheme including furniture and fit out requirements are then finalised. 50% of the design fee will be refunded as part of the final invoice.
You will have one point of contact throughout the project, from scheme to completion so that any queries can be answered promptly. We will also request one main point of contact from your company to avoid confusion.
All schemes are presented in person so that you have the opportunity to bring up any thoughts or concerns with us. We will work on the scheme until you are fully satisfied with all aspects.
We provide you with all the media necessary to help you visualise the project including 2D plans, 3D visualisations, and sample boards.
