All orders accepted by Office Blueprint are subject to the following conditions.

All prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to 17.5% VAT subject to government change. All prices are subject to change and are current for this issue only.

All products are guaranteed for a period of 12 – 36 months depending on the product specification and choice. During which time if any items develop a fault we will replace, repair or refund at our discretion.

Any amendments to the catalogue will be advised at the time of ordering. Office Blueprint reserve the right to change the product prices and specifications without prior notice.

All orders are subject to payment of 50% of the price of the goods ordered. Final payment is due prior to delivery.

Ownership and title of the goods remains with Office Blueprint until full payment has been received.

Please allow up to 4-8 weeks for delivery of non stock/ special bespoke items. Leadtimes are only estimates and are not guaranteed. However, we will endeavour to keep the client fully informed of  any delays. A delay in a leadtime does not constitute a valid reason to cancel the contract.  

All claims for shortages and damages must be made within 5 working day of receipt of goods. Office Blueprint reserve the right to charge a minimum handling charge of 25% of the value of the goods for orders placed in error or goods no longer required. All items returned must be in their original packaging.
